REGENT TEXTILE VIETNAM PROJECT

The REGENT TEXTILE VIETNAM project, belonging to Crystal International Group (Hong Kong), is a manufacturing plant producing knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, synthetic fiber fabrics, and finishing textile products such as dyeing, washing, printing, and embroidery. This key project aims to boost Vietnam’s textile industry with large-scale production capacity and modern technology. The factory’s products are designed to meet high-quality standards and international criteria, targeting major export markets.

TUAN LE has proudly been appointed as the main contractor for the first Hiive Hotel in Binh Duong with a construction contract valued at 10 million USD.

ELANCO ANIMAL HEALTH FACTORY

ELANCO, America’s leading provider of innovative solutions that protect and enhance animal health, has developed their new production factory in Loc An Binh Son IZ, Dong Nai Province and awarded a 7.5 million USD construction contract to TUAN LE as main builder.

HEINEKEN VUNG TAU FACTORY PHASE II

Following on the success of Heineken Vung Tau Phase I project, TUAN LE is pleased to continue working with HEINEKEN for their Phase II project as the main contractor with a contract value of 12 million USD, which brings the total contract value of Heineken Vung Tau Project to 40 million USD up to date.

NESTLE BONG SEN FACTORY

NESTLE Bong Sen factory is located in Thang Long Industrial Park II, Hung Yen Province with a construction contract value of 25 million USD, covering an area of 10 hectares.

PEPPERL + FUCHS VIETNAM FACTORY

One of the World’s leading developers and manufacturers of electronic sensors and components – Pepperl + Fuchs Group from Germany is expanding their production capacity by developing their second factory in Vietnam.
TUAN LE was appointed as the design and build contractor to deliver the LEED Gold standard building with a construction contract value of 18 million USD.

HEINEKEN VUNG TAU FACTORY PHASE I

Continuing the success of Heineken Quang Nam and Tien Giang, TUAN LE was awarded the project in Vung Tau, involving the expansion of the beer production plant worth 28 million USD.

D’EDGE THAO DIEN

D’Edge is the tenth luxury property development created in Vietnam by Asia’s largest real estate corporation CapitaLand.
TUAN LE was proudly appointed as the main contractor and responsible for the redesign of the overall structure and building performance and including all MEP and finishing works with a contract value of 39 million USD.

THE HABITAT BINH DUONG

The Habitat Binh Duong Phase II development introduces a modern affordable product that is suitable for the current Vietnamese residential market.
The project is jointly developed by VSIP-Sembcorp (Singapore) and MC Development Asia, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan.
TUAN LE was awarded the 23 million USD contract and after 16 months of construction the project was successfully completed and handed over to the client in April 2020.

Melia Ho Tram was developed by Tanzanite International and designed by international corporations including CMV Architects, 2050AP, Sala Design Group and KKS International to provide a 5-star resort.

THE OCEAN ESTATES DA NANG

The Ocean Estates is considered as VinaCapital Group’s most prestigious real estate development in Da Nang, featuring 33 exclusive residences set within a secured compound with extensive outdoor living spaces.
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor with a contract valued at 12 million USD.

FUSION RESORT DA NANG

Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, co-founded by Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital, is one of the World’s leading hospitality corporations. The company recently acquired the 16-hectare site to develop a beachside resort including a 5-star hotel and 85 luxury villas with private gardens, pools and unique estate features.
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor in November 2019 to deliver the 85 finished villas with a construction contract value of 30 million USD. This project is expected to be handover by the end of 2020.

SWAN CITY EAST SAI GON

Developed by one of the World’s leading real estate developers CFLD International, Swan Park is one of Vietnam’s latest new industrial cities. The whole project is planned synchronously according to the standards of modern and high-ranking cities in the world.
TUAN LE has been selected as the main contractor and successfully completed the neighbourhood centre after 4 months of construction while the construction for 260 luxury will be finished by the end of 2020 with a total contract value of 30 million USD.

HEINEKEN QUANG NAM FACTORY

Heineken Vietnam is recognized as one of the most sustainable manufacturing companies in the World. Since 2017, Heineken has been an industry pioneer in embedding sustainability in its business strategy throughout Vietnam.
Following on from the successful delivery of the Tien Giang factory, TUAN LE was proudly appointed by Heineken to build its factory in Quang Nam with a contract value of 5.5 million USD.

FIRST SOLAR FACTORY

First Solar is a leading global provider of comprehensive photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems with 3 manufacturing locations in the United States, Malaysia and Vietnam.
With M+W Group (Exyte) acting as the main contractor, TUAN LE was proudly chosen as the civil contractor to deliver 110,000 sqm of ’super flat’ structural flooring system with a contract value of 10 million USD.

NESTLE BINH AN FACTORY

The World-famous Swiss company has developed another facility in Dong Nai to meet the growing demand for MILO products in Vietnam as well as further strengthen its presence in the growing nutritional beverage sector.
TUAN LE was chosen to be the main contractor of Nestle Binh An Factory with a contract value of 8 million USD.

TATA COFFEE VIETNAM FACTORY

India’s largest coffee & tea manufacturer – TATA COFFEE decided to set up their first off-shore location in Vietnam and TUAN LE was proudly chosen to be their civil contractor with a contract valued at 5.5 million USD.

BOSCH VIETNAM FACTORY

One of the World’s largest technology corporations, Bosch Group, developed their high-tech production plant in Dong Nai Province and TUAN LE was proudly awarded the construction contract valued at 5 million USD.

FM LOGISTIC DISTRIBUTION CENTER

French logistics and transport company – FM Logistic developed their 52,000 sqm warehouse and distribution centre in Bac Ninh and TUAN LE was chosen to be the main contractor with a construction contract value of 7.5 million USD.

NHON TRACH CITY CENTER

Malaysia’s top property developer, IJM LAND, decided to turn an eight-hectare area in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai into a modern urban centre comprising commercial, residential, retail and community services.
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor for the residential component with a construction contract value of 6,5 million USD.

THE MELIA HO TRAM BEACH RESORT

Tanzanite International established The Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort on an area of 17 hectares including a 500 metre long beachfront that forms the Eastern boundary.
TUAN LE was selected as the main contractor for 3 display villas, 42 luxury beachfront villas and the hotel tower that incorporate more than 4,000 palm trees established across more than 10,000 sqm of lakes and water features.

BEL GREENFIELD ASEAN FACTORY

Bel Group the multinational cheese maker and distributor from France, opened their first factory in Asia Pacific in Vietnam and TUAN LE was proudly appointed as the main contractor to deliver the LEED Gold standard building with a construction contract valued at 5 million USD.

COCA COLA DA NANG WAREHOUSE

American multinational corporation, Coca Cola has chosen TUAN LE as the main contractor of their new warehouse in Da Nang with a contract value of 2.5 million USD.

DONA STANDARD FOOTWEAR FACTORY

Vietnam Dona Standard Footwear, a subsidiary of the famous Taiwanese footwear corporation Feng Tay Group, developed their 62,000 sqm factory in Xuan Loc Industrial Park, Dong Nai and appointed TUAN LE as the main contractor with a contract value of 10 million USD.

MENSA INDUSTRIES QUANG NGAI PHASE III

Following on the successful delivery of the Phase I & Phase II Factory, TUAN LE proudly signed the 3rd contract with Mensa Industries for their Phase III Project with a construction contract value of 4 million USD.

MENSA INDUSTRIES QUANG NGAI PHASE I & II

Mensa Industries established their production unit over an area of 56,000 sqm in Quang Ngai and selected TUAN LE as the design and build contractor.
The construction was completed in 2 phases with a total contract value of 6 million over an 8 month period and was free of lost time injury.

ZIGUI JISHENG WANGSHENG TEXTILES

TUAN LE was appointed as design and build contractor by Jiangsu AB Group for their factory in Quang Ngai with a construction contract value of 8 million USD.

IML CONTAINERS VIETNAM FACTORY PHASE II

Following on the successful delivery of the Phase I Factory, TUAN LE was appointed as the design and build contractor for IML Containers Vietnam Factory Phase II with a construction contract value of 4 million USD.

IML CONTAINERS VIETNAM FACTORY PHASE I

IML Containers Vietnam is the first factory of LACROIX GROUP in ASEAN and TUAN LE was appointed as the civil contractor with a contract value of 2.5 million USD.

EMERGENT COLD VIETNAM (SWIRE COLD STORAGE BAC NINH)

Swire Cold Storage Vietnam strategically developed their first modern international standard cold storage facility in Bac Ninh Province and TUAN LE was proudly appointed as the civil contractor with a contract value of 2.5 million USD.

AMERICAN & EFIRD VIETNAM THREAD PLANT

American & Efird LLC, the largest US manufacturer of industrial and consumer sewing thread, appointed TUAN LE as the design and build contractor with a contract value of 5 million USD to carry out their new factory in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai.

AVERY DENNISON FACTORY

Avery Dennison, a US based company and a member of Fortune 500, wanted to accelerate their innovative heat-transfer embellishment capabilities via the refurbishment of their existing factory and chose TUAN LE as the civil contractor for this project with a contract value of 3 million USD.

YEV TRA VINH NEW FACTORY

Yazaki EDS Vietnam expanded its production capacity via a new factory in Tra Vinh Province. The project was built by Kajima Vietnam as the main contractor, who selected TUAN LE as the civil contractor with a contract value of 2.5 million USD.

TUAN LE has been proudly chosen as the civil contractor by Daiwa House Group for their factory developments since 2011.
TUAN LE was awarded a contract valued at 3.5 million USD for the D Project Rental Warehouse in Long Thanh, Dong Nai.
