French logistics and transport company – FM Logistic developed their 52,000 sqm warehouse and distribution centre in Bac Ninh and TUAN LE was chosen to be the main contractor to deliver the LEED Silver standard building with a construction contract value of 7.5 million USD.
The facility was successfully completed after 10 months of construction with an average daily workforce of 300 supervisors and workers, providing storage space for up to 70,000 pallets.
