Malaysia’s top property developer, IJM LAND, decided to turn an eight-hectare area in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai into a modern urban centre comprising commercial, residential, retail and community services.
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor for the residential component with a construction contract value of 6,5 million USD.
After 15 months of construction with an average daily worker of 250 supervisors and workers, the building was completed and handed over in July 2011.
