SCHUETZ VIETNAM PROJECT, a subsidiary of the German-based Schuetz Group, is a manufacturing plant for Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), which are industrial containers specifically designed for storing chemicals and liquid products. This key project plays a pivotal role in advancing the industrial packaging sector in Vietnam. With operations in more than 60 locations Worldwide, Schuetz’s outstanding products are highly regarded for their safety and environmental friendliness, making them ideal solutions for the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
TUAN LE Construction Company is honored to be the Design & Build Contractor for the SCHUETZ VIETNAM project, one of the major projects located in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. Under this contract, TUAN LE is responsible for the entire process from design, pre-construction approvals and complete construction, with a projected completion time of 12 months. The project covers a total land area of 100,000 m² and a building floor area of 45,000 m².
The Schuetz Vietnam factory will become a major production hub, catering to both domestic demand and exports. The factory is designed to international standards, optimizing production space and integrating sustainable environmental solutions.
