TUAN LE is very pleased to be selected by Carlsberg – one of the World’s leading brewery groups, as the main contractor to implement the expansion project of Carlsberg Vietnam brewery in Phu Bai Industrial Park, Thua Thien Hue Province with a project valued of 90 million USD.
TUAN LE will undertake all civil, structural, M&E and finishing works for the project with total GFA of more than 60,000 m2 and completion schedule of 18 months.
The package includes a new office building, new materials handling facility, expanded brewery processing building, new finished goods warehouse, can storage warehouse and as well as outdoor infrastructure, sky walkway from entrance building to brewhouse, parking areas, landscaping and other functional buildings.
Upon completion, the expansion project will increase the brewery’s capacity by 50%, making Phú Bài the largest Carlsberg brewery in Asia.
