TUAN LE was proudly appointed as the main contractor and responsible for the redesign of the overall structure and building performance and including all MEP and finishing works with a contract value of 39 million USD.
Located in the prestigious suburb of Thao Dien, HCMC, D’Edge enhances residents living environment with over seventy holistic wellness features.
After 30 months of construction with an average daily workforce of 1,000 supervisors and workers, the project was successfully completed and handed over to CapitaLand in June 2020.
With a rooftop infinity swimming pool stretching across the City skyline and connecting the two towers, D’Edge, built by TUAN LE has become one of the new architectural symbols of the City.
