Swiss specialist chemicals company Sika, developed a significant expansion of their existing plant in Bac Ninh Province and TUAN LE was selected as the design and build contractor with a contract value of 3.5 million USD.
SUNTORY PEPSI CAN THO NEW WAREHOUSE
Following on the successfully delivery of the plant extension, Suntory Pepsico continued to appoint TUAN LE as the design and build contractor for their new warehouse with a construction contract value of 3 million USD.
SUNTORY PEPSI CAN THO PHASE I
Suntory Pepsico decided to boost their soft drink manufacturing capacity by expanding their existing factory and chose TUAN LE as the main contractor with a construction contract value of 4 million USD.
THE NINE SOUTH ESTATES
Developed by VinaCapital one of the leading foreign real estate developers in Vietnam, The Nine South Estates includes a mix of 381 riverfront villas and garden homes, located within a secured private estate with fully equipped community and sporting services in South Saigon.
Established over 12.9 hectares, the 18 million USD project was successfully completed by TUAN LE 45 days ahead of schedule.
RIVIERA COVE
Developed by Keppel Land, the Riviera Cove project consisting of 96 high-end villas and community facilities was established across 10 hectares in District 9 and features a collection of townhouses and individual waterfront homes.
TUAN LE was awarded the construction contract valued at 8 million USD and successfully completed the project within 12 months including the clubhouse, community swimming pool, tennis court, security facilities and full power backup.
ME LINH POINT TOWER RENOVATION PROJECT
Located in the heart of Saigon, Me Linh Point Tower was developed by Fraser Property Group from Singapore who are recognised as one of the leading real estate and property management corporations in the World.
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor to extensively refurbish the podium façade and renovate all of the towers 22 levels of common area bathrooms, corridors, lift lobbies and service hubs whilst the commercial office building that was fully occupied by the tenants. Contract value of 4 million USD.
DAI PHUOC LOTUS – DONG NAI
The project located on a 200 hectare island was developed by VinaCapital, who selected TUAN LE as the main contractor for 50 villas, guest marina and community recreation club with a contract value of 6 million USD.
HEINEKEN TIEN GIANG FACTORY EXTENTION
TUAN LE successfully completed the Heineken Tien Giang Factory Extension within 4 months of construction, satisfying the European requirements on quality, safety and international standards.
INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OFFICE REFURBISHMENT PROJECT
Developed by Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, International Centre is strategically located in the heart of Hanoi, offering over 7,000 sqm of Grade A office space.
TUAN LE was awarded a contract value of 3.5 million USD to extensively renovate the building façade and internal floor spaces including a complete upgrade of the fire-fighting services and in a commercial office building that was occupied by tenants during construction.
TAIYOSHA ELECTRIC VIETNAM FACTORY
Taiyosha Electric Vietnam is a 100% Japanese FDI enterprise, specializing in electronic chips and integrated circuits.
With Daiwa House acting as the main contractor, TUAN LE was selected as the civil contractor with a contract value of 1.2 million USD and was completed within a 6 month period.
PEPSI FOOD PHASE II
Following on from the successful completion of the food warehouse in 2017, Pepsico awarded another 3.5 million USD construction contract to TUAN LE for their new warehouse extension in 2018.
PEPSI FOOD PHASE I
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor by Pepsico to complete their warehouse in Binh Duong Province with a contract value of 2.5 million USD.
DIANA UNICHARM FACTORY EXTENSION
Asia’s market leader in baby and feminine care products Unicharm from Japan, expanded their factory in Bac Ninh Province and selected TUAN LE as the main contractor with a construction contract value of 3.5 million USD.
VGI3 CONVERSION PROJECT
One of the World’s largest manufacturers of glass and glazing products – NSG Group developed their factory in Vung Tau and TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor with a construction contract value of 4 million USD.
TOP GLOVE BINH DUONG FACTORY
The World’s largest manufacturer of PVC gloves – TOP GLOVE decided to develop another factory in Vietnam to expand its production capacity and TUAN LE was appointed to be the civil contractor with a contract value of 6.5 million USD.
DENNIS CANNING FACTORY
To cater for its expansion, Denis Group decided to develop their new food factory in Binh Duong Province and awarded a construction contract value of 2.5 million USD to TUAN LE.
Q INDUSTRIES SHOWROOM
Based in Singapore with offices in South East Asia, Q Industries expanded their sales office and warehouse facility in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and selected TUAN LE as the main contractor with a contract value of 2 million USD.
AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Located in Thu Duc City of HCMC, The Australian International School (AIS) is an IB World School serving students from early childhood pre-school through Year 13.
The School awarded a 1.5 million USD contract to TUAN LE to complete the interior fit-out and finishing of the gymnasium, student classrooms and canteen over a period of 6 months.
