THE MELIA HO TRAM SITE WAS AWARDED 500,000 CONSTRUCTION HOURS WITHOUT LOST TIME INJURY.
Tanzanite International established The Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort on an area of 17 hectares including a 500 metre long beachfront that forms the Eastern boundary.
TUAN LE was selected as the main contractor for 3 display villas, 42 luxury beachfront villas and the hotel tower that incorporate more than 4,000 palm trees established across more than 10,000 sqm of lakes and water features.
The project was successfully completed and handed over in January 2019, meeting the client’s expectations in terms of safety, quality, schedule and cost effectiveness.
