Swire Cold Storage Vietnam strategically developed their first modern international standard cold storage facility in Bac Ninh Province and TUAN LE was proudly appointed as the civil contractor with a contract value of 2.5 million USD.
After 6 months of construction, the new facility was successfully built to LEED Platinum standard, offering state of the art energy supply, emissions control and water efficiency measures such as PIR insulation, LED lights, solar reflective roof, solar panel array and water harvesting system.
Swire Cold Storage Vietnam operates 24/7 and plays an important role in the growing cold chain logistics industry in Vietnam.
