DAI PHUOC LOTUS PROJECT HAS RECEIVED THE “BEST RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPEMENT” AWARD AT THE ASIA PACIFIC PROPERTY AWARDS HELD IN KUALA LUMPUR IN 2015 AND 2017
The project located on a 200 hectare island was developed by VinaCapital, who selected TUAN LE as the main contractor for 50 villas, guest marina and community recreation club with a contract value of 6 million USD.
After 10 months of construction with an average daily workforce of 200 supervisors and workers, the project was successfully completed and handed over in October 2012.
