Swiss specialist chemicals company Sika, developed a significant expansion of their existing plant in Bac Ninh Province and TUAN LE was selected as the design and build contractor with a contract value of 3.5 million USD.
After 7 months of construction, the new facility for mortar production was put into full operation alongside the existing production line of concrete admixtures.
