After successfully handling over the distribution centre project in Bac Ninh and distribution centre in Binh Duong, TUAN LE continues to sign the third construction contract with FM Logistics to implement phase 2 of their distribution centre project in Bac Ninh.
The expansion project is built on a land area of nearly 50,000 sqm with a total GFA of 16,000 sqm. The project will be built to LEED Gold standard and is expected to be finished in July 2024 with a construction schedule of 9 months.
The new contract is a clear demonstration of our customers’ trust in TUAN LE. And for us, that trust is priceless.
