SINCE OUR BEGINNING IN 2009, TUAN LE CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN STEERED BY FAMILY VALUES, TRUST AND INTEGRITY.
From day one we have been committed to safety and delivering quality to our clients and to our people. These foundations have built our legacy with over 100 projects having been successfully completed across Vietnam.
Our people are now 500 strong and growing as they deliver annual revenues approaching 150 million USD. We are proud to be one of the most advanced and innovative private construction companies in Vietnam.

ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
WE OPPOSE AND PROHIBIT ANY FORMS OF CORRUPTION WITH THE AIM OF BUILDING TUAN LE CONSTRUCTION AS A GREEN AND CLEAN ORGANISATION.
The anti-corruption policy is one of our most outstanding strengths. We are committed to act professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
All TUAN LE employees, whether permanent, temporary or casual, are required to sign the “Green Commitment” policy which proscribes abuse of power, conflict of interest, fraud, misconduct, etc.
Any employee breaching this policy will face disciplinary action, which could result in immediate discharge of employment.
We also sign “Green Contract” with all subcontractors and suppliers to ensure our clients receive the best projects at their spent cost. Any form of collusion, facilitation payments, informal discounts/ commissions and other corruption are totally taken with a zero-tolerance approach.

TUAN LE CONSTRUCTION SEES JOINT DEVELOPMENT OF OUR MEMBER COMPANIES IS THE WAY TO ACHIEVE CHAMPIONSHIP.
In 2016, Everest Building Materials Co., Ltd was founded with the aim to provide top class building materials in the construction industry.
TUAN LE also established our subsidiary building company, Solutions Construction Co., Ltd that delivers reliable and quality projects to local and national corporations.
Founded 2 years later in 2018, Stable Steel Building Co., Ltd (SSB) focuses on delivering high quality steel structures with optimal design.
Our youngest member – Bim Viz Technology Development Co., Ltd was established in 2020 in order to advance project design and implementation.
We are also planning to introduce our Construction Equipment, Infrastructure and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) subsidiary companies in the near future. Together, TUAN LE GROUP is forming a comprehensive and beneficial system for the best implementation of projects construction.
