Tuan Le Construction has once again been appointed by Tata Coffee, part of Tata Group, as the main contractor for the Phase 2 expansion of its manufacturing facility in Vietnam.
This reappointment reflects Tata Coffee’s continued confidence in TUAN LE’s ability to deliver high-quality industrial projects to international standards.
The project comprises a gross floor area of over 46,000 sqm and is scheduled for completion within 13 months. It is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, underscoring a strong commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
As the main contractor, TUAN LE will oversee end-to-end construction delivery, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
