On November 27, 2023, TUAN LE Construction officially signed a Design & Build Contract valued at approximately USD 100 million with LOGOS for the Logos Logistics Project located at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. The agreement reflected TUAN LE’s proven capability in delivering large-scale industrial developments.
However, due to changes in LOGOS’ business development strategy, the client has decided to terminate the contract for convenience.
In the spirit of respecting our client’s new business direction, TUAN LE collaborated closely and responsibly with the client, project consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that the termination process was managed fairly and smoothly. Through open communication, careful coordination, and mutual respect, all matters were resolved effectively.
On April 10, 2025, TUAN LE and LOGOS signed a comprehensive final settlement to formally conclude the project. Subsequently, TUAN LE also worked with our subcontractors and suppliers to settle all related matters, achieving balanced and fair outcomes for all parties involved.
