The company recently acquired the 16-hectare site to develop a beachside resort including a 5-star hotel and 85 luxury villas with private gardens, pools and unique estate features.
TUAN LE was appointed as the main contractor in November 2019 to deliver the 85 finished villas with a construction contract value of 30 million USD. This project is expected to be handover by the end of 2020.
